You can access and use this Web Site only if you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions applying to your use ("Terms and Conditions") without limitation or reservation. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing and browsing this Web Site. You may not download material displayed on the Web Site for your personal or commercial use. Additionally, you may not modify, reuse, report, or use the contents of the Web Site for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio, and video without MARIEFRANCE.COM.MY ™ written permission.

MARIEFRANCE.COM.MY reserves the right to cancel or amend the Offer mentioned on the Web Site or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within the Website or these Terms and Conditions.

Qualifying Registrants

  1. Trial price promotion valid for 1st time customers only.
  2. This offer is opened only to residents and permanent residents who are 21 years or older at time of consultation.
  3. Employees of MARIEFRANCE.COM.MY, their advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

    By submitting the registration details, each registrant thereby (a) specifically authorizes MARIEFRANCE.COM.MY to use such entry in whole or in part, throughout the universe, in perpetuity in or on any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, and alone or together or as part of other information, content and/or material of any kind or nature; (b) represents and warrants that all elements contained in the form entry (i) is original to the participant or fully cleared for use as contemplated herein, (ii) does and will not, in any way, violate or breach any of the terms of any other agreement the participant may be a party to, (iii) shall not require MARIEFRANCE.COM.MY to pay or incur any sums to any person or entity as a result of MARIEFRANCE.COM.MY's use or exploitation of the same.

    MARIEFRANCE.COM.MY reserves the right to disqualify registrants that do not meet the rules and regulations of this offer. These include registration details submitted with invalid or incorrect information.

MARIEFRANCE.COM.MY cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any registrant entering the Offer or as a result of entering the Offer or accepting any offers. MARIEFRANCE.COM.MY is not responsible for any safe custody, return, non-delivery or missing of registrations, late, misdirected, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to registrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Offer.

By entering the Offer or accepting the Offer, You agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against MARIEFRANCE.COM.MY, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Offer and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

Use of Personal Information

  1. By entering the Offer, You agree:
    • to the use of your name and/or likeness, without compensation, to be contacted by the marketing personnel of MARIEFRANCE to further arrange fulfilment of offer
    • to the use of your name and/or likeness, without compensation, for MARIEFRANCE'S promotional and marketing purposes; and
    • to the use of the information submitted on the contest entry form, without compensation, for MARIEFRANCE'S promotional and marketing purposes; and
    • to the use of your answers to the questions and/or tie breaker for MARIEFRANCE'S promotional and marketing purposes.
  2. Each individual participating to this offer acknowledges that:
    • such disclosure complies with any Privacy Legislation from any country, within the geographical scope of this competition, and the use of such Personal Information by MARIEFRANCE.COM.MY as contemplated by this application (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such Personal Information to MARIEFRANCE.COM.MY's external agencies or third parties)
    • she/he is authorised to disclose such Personal Information

  1. Please be advised that all materials posted on the Web Site are subject to public downloading by third party viewers. MARIEFRANCE.COM.MY has taken precautionary steps to deter users from downloading. However, should downloading persist, MARIEFRANCE.COM.MY shall not be held accountable or liable for any damages caused.
  2. Changes to this Policy - We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update this privacy policy and any changes shall be notified to You.

Refund and Return Policies

  1. In consideration of the payment made by the Customer, Marie France Bodyline Sdn Bhd, Bella Skin Care Sdn Bhd, Svenson Hair Center Sdn Bhd, GBI Management Sdn Bhd and their affiliates (the “Group”) shall enroll the Customer for its Treatment Programme as agreed between the Customer and the applicable Group’s centre (“Programme”). The Customer shall complete each course of the Programme within 6 months or before the expiry date stated on this invoice (whichever is earlier), and the Customer shall not be entitled to any refund of payment for any treatment which has not been completed before such date.
  2. The Customer is liable to pay for the agreed cost of the Programme. Failure to do so by the payment date allows the Group to (i) suspend or terminate the Programme without refund or compensation; (ii) claim for the agreed cost of the Programme; and/or (iii) exercise any other rights in equity or at law.
  3. This Programme is personal to and shall not be assigned or transferred by the Customer. All payments made by the Customer to the Group are non-refundable, non-transferable and not exchangeable for alternative programmes or services.
  4. The Customer fully understands and accepts that the Group does not administer medical treatment, and that the treatment given under the Programme is not medical but cosmetic and superficial in nature. Such treatment shall be applied externally to parts of the body as agreed between the Customer and the Group.
  5. The Customer shall inform the Group of the state of his or her health, including but not limited to any known medical history, allergy and skin/hair condition before commencement of treatment. Save for personal injuries caused by the Centre’s negligence, the Customer shall not hold the Group responsible for any discomfort, adverse reaction, illness or injury which may arise as a result of the Programme. The Group’s staff will always use their best endeavour to provide quality care and attention when attending to the Customer.
  6. The Customer acknowledges that the Group does not warrant that the Programme will have the desired end-result as the effectiveness of the Programme depends on many factors beyond the Group’s control. To achieve optimum results from the Programme, the Customer is aware that he/she should follow instructions, use products and attend all sessions under the Programme without interruption and at the frequency recommended by the Group.
  7. By signing on the portion below, the Customer (i) acknowledges that the Customer has read and fully understood the content of this invoice including the terms and conditions herein; (ii) confirms the accuracy of the details stated in the invoice; and (iii) confirms the Customer’s unconditional acceptance and agreement to the terms and conditions stated herein.

Cancellation Policy

For clients who wish to cancel or re-schedule their appointments, we would appreciate your notification of at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time via outlet contacts. Effective from 1st of January 2019, rescheduling or cancellation which is made less than 24 hours, the lowest value facial or body treatment will be deducted (starting from free treatment, excluding hand treatment).
